Regeneration Details

The masterplan created by BL Canada Quays (BLCQ) during 2005, which benefited from extensive public consultation, is focused on creating a vibrant canal side community of 2,000 new homes around the Canada Water basin. This masterplan includes detailed information on the proposed development for a number of different sites known as A, B, C, F, and G as part of the regeneration programme.
