New Homes
Site A will provide 668 new homes for Rotherhithe. The scheme provides a range of homes including studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom with 170 affordable and 498 private homes. The focus will be on providing a mixed typology, to reinforce the new town centre and create a blueprint for a sustainable community.
The proposal includes:
- Exemplary living environment
- Size of homes and amenity space provision in excess of the residential standards required by the Council
- Private balconies and generous courtyards as well as a new public green space
- Lifetime Homes standard
- Achieving Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes
