Land Ownership

There are 3 key landowners within the masterplan area.

Sites A and B, originally under the ownership of Southwark Council, now forms part of the development agreement with BL Canada Quays Ltd.

Site C also known as the Decathlon site, is under the ownership of Conrad Phoenix, while site G, also known as the shopping centre site, is owned jointly by Tesco and Segro.

Proposals by the other landowners will emerge within the context of planning policy and guidance and the BL Canada Quays masterplan for the area.
